The daily cellar tours, guided by one of the Estate’s expert Wine Advisors, offer visitors the opportunity to tour the working wine cellar and explore the rich heritage of the Estate.

Delaire Graff
In the heart of South Africa’s Winelands, savour a wine tasting experience like no other at Delaire Graff Estate, where guests can sample some of South Africa’s finest vintages accompanied by spellbinding views across Simonsberg Mountain.

Fridays at Waterford Estate just became a little more magical this festive season, with doors staying open later than usual. Every Friday, visitors can enjoy extended summer hours until 19:00, settling in with a glass of their favourite Waterford wine while live acoustic music sets the perfect early evening tone.
The restaurant is also extending its hours until 18h00, giving guests more time to enjoy a relaxed dining experience with sharing plates and handcrafted platters. It is an ideal way to ease into the weekend surrounded by good food, good wine, and a warm atmosphere.

Blaauwklippen
The Blaauwklippen Tasting House offers a selection of guided tastings that showcase estate-grown vintages and reflect the rich wine heritage of Stellenbosch. Reimagining the traditional tasting room, the Tasting House features multiple spaces instead of a single venue. Here, visitors can explore seasonal pairings designed by winemaker Narina Cloete together with the chefs from De Blaauwe Kitchen. Pairing choices include pizza and wine, mezze platters with selected vintages, and the signature 1682 pairing.
